Mobile eDeposit
Signing up is simple, just accept the Mobile eDeposit disclosure and register to utilize the service. Once you are approved to use the service, you can begin utilizing the service immediately.
To make a Mobile eDeposit, you will simply:

  1. Sign the back of the check
  2. Write “Mobile eDeposit” below your signature
  3. Log into the TCU Smartphone App
  4. Select “Deposit Checks”
  5. Choose the deposit account
  6. Enter the deposit amount
  7. Take a picture of the front of the check and confirm the image
  8. Take a picture of the back of the check and confirm the image
  9. Simply complete the deposit

This feature is currently only available for your Smartphone Applications. Message and data rates may apply. Deposits are subject to verification and are not available for immediate withdrawal. TCU Text Banking

TCU Text Banking is a fast and secure solution for you to get your account information when you're on the go. Simply set up TCU Text Banking within Internet Banking and text a code to 454545 to receive text messages with the following information:

Balances -Text message with the balances for all active accounts, individually or all in one text message
Transactions - Text message with the 5 most recent transactions
Alerts - Set up balance alerts within Internet Banking and a text message will be sent when that amount is attained
Transfers - Set up transferring accounts within Internet Banking and send a text message with the desired amount to be transferred between those accounts

Text Message Banking

Sign up multiple phone numbers to receive text banking messages in Internet Banking, then text the following codes to 454545:

Text Code Description
BAL Returns current and available balance on the primary account.
BAL CHK Returns current account balances of all active checking accounts.
BAL SAV Returns current balances of all active savings accounts.
BAL ALL Returns current balances for all of the user's active accounts.
LAST Returns the most recent five transactions on their primary account.
HELP Returns information related to using text message banking.
STOP Terminates text message banking for that phone.
TRANS (AMOUNT) The transfer feature allows a user to transfer funds from the designated source account to the primary account. Both of these accounts are selected from within Internet Banking. Users can text 'TRANS amount' (ex. TRANS 200 or TRANS 50.25) to transfer funds.

The short code 454545 is used by other Financial Institutions that use our same Text Banking vendor. Please be aware that if you are signed-up for another Financial Institution's Text Banking (that uses the short code 454545) you will receive different texts for the different accounts. The account information will come through as separate text messages - individually branded for each Financial Institution.
