PAL is a convenient service that enables better communication between TCU and our members by providing easy access to your accounts 24/7. The PAL Access Line provides real time information about your TCU accounts and allows you to perform transactions conveniently and confidentially.

Why should I use PAL?

PAL Provides access to your financial information that is:

What types of transactions can I perform on PAL?

Utilize PAL to perform transactions such as:

How do I enroll in PAL?

Enrolling is a quick and easy process and can be done by either visiting your nearest TCU Service Center, or by calling our Member Call Center at (800) 552-4745. You can also call our Member Call Center if you have forgotten or lost your PAL number.
