












When do I enter my service codes on this new PAL System?
The new PAL system is committed to providing a convenient and easy experience. It does not require you to remember any sequence of service codes. The system will take you through the menus and prompt you every step of the way – and you have the choice of using touch tones or speech recognition!
Do I have to use the speech enabled option?
TCU's goal is to provide our members with the options to better serve their individual needs. You have the choice on the New PAL system to choose either speech enabled or touch tones each time you log in to create your ideal PAL experience.
The system is asking for my PIN, is that the same as my old PAL access code?
Yes. The New PAL System will ask for your member number, then your PIN – this is the same number you have used to access PAL previously.
Can I make a loan payment for a different amount than the regular payment?
How do I transfer funds to another membership?
