Home Equity

A Home Equity Loan is an installment loan secured by the equity in your home.

A Home Equity Line is a Revolving line of credit with credit card access secured by the equity in your home.

The Home Equity Line is a variable rate line of credit, offered to qualified borrowers. Loans subject to a minimum finance charge of 50 cents. Borrower may be responsible for closing costs. This promotional offer subject to change at any time. New members are subject to a $7.00 membership fee and $5.00 initial share deposit.


To make a payment online, please log into TCU Internet Banking on the homepage. First time users will use the P.A.L. access number assigned at the branch as the first time password login. If you do not have your P.A.L access number, please call the Member Call Center.
