TCU's Mobile App
Other than when you're behind the wheel, there's practically nowhere you can't use our mobile app to manage your account. Available for both iPhone and Android devices, the mobile app lets you do a lot of things, like:
- Depositing checks
- Transferring money between your accounts
- Checking your account balances and cleared items
- Transferring money to non-TCU accounts
- Making loan, HELOC, Visa® or mortgage payments

Just like our mobile app, TCU Online Banking offers 24/7 access to your accounts from most web browsers on your desktop/laptop computer and on most tablets and smart phones. apart from mobile deposit, our Online Banking platform gives you the same features as the mobile app.
ENROLL IN ONLINE BANKING
Americans send more than 69,000 text messages each second of every day. Why not make one of them a text to check in on your money?
Text Banking is an easy and secure way to get up-to-the-minute information about your TCU accounts. Once you enroll through Online Banking, you can safely manage your finances as easily as texting "When will you be home?" - which, by the way, is the second-most texted message after "I love you!".
Here's how to get started:
- Sign into Online Banking, from the Menu select Settings, then Text Banking under "Messaging and Alerts"
- Select, SMS ON, SMS/Text - select ON
- Enter your phone number and agree to the terms
- Choose Save
You can choose the accounts you want enabled for text in your Account Preferences, then text START to 226563 to begin using Text Banking. For a complete list of Text Banking commands, simply text LIST to 226563.

Whether you carry your phone around with you or rock it old-school with a landline, Bank by Phone lets you handle your finances in real time at any hour of the day or night. Here are some things Bank by Phone lets you do:

If you prefer eco-friendly with a personal touch, you can connect with a real person by calling Member Services or chatting with an agent online by clicking the "Ask TCU" icon you can find at the bottom of each page of our website.
Our Member Services team is available at (800) 552-4745 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays, and from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Online chat (which we affectionately refer to as Alice, the name of TCU's first member) is designed to answer many of your questions automatically anytime. But you always have the option of chatting with a live agent during Member Services hours.
CALL MEMBER SERVICES
One of the easiest ways to go green is to enroll in electronic delivery of your TCU documents. E-Documents are a secure way to access your account statements, plus e-notifications, tax forms and other important documents. You get an email whenever there's something ready to view, and all you do is log into Online Banking and select "Connect with TCU" to get to your eDocuments.
