Teachers Credit Union’s Investment Services and Mortgage Services teams have welcomed new colleagues.
Christopher M. Eberly Jr. has been promoted to a broker with TCU Investment Services in Warsaw. Specializing in retirement planning, investment management, long-term care insurance and college planning services, Eberly will succeed his father, who will retire on January 1.
Julia Brooks has joined TCU as a Mortgage Loan Originator. With over 30 years of experience, Brooks offers members personalized mortgage solutions, ensuring a superior experience and timely loan closing. Brooks, a member of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, is based at TCU’s Noblesville branch and focuses on serving clients in Hamilton County.
Serving southwest Michigan and the surrounding area as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Fern Hollingshead brings 20 years of financial-services experience with expertise in conventional, FHA and VA loans. Hollingshead, based at TCU’s Niles, Michigan branch, is active in the Southwest Community Action Agency, which offers programs including affordable housing assistance. Hollingshead is an affiliate member of the Southwest Michigan Association of Realtors.
Terry Kuehl, who specializes in mortgage refinancing, FHA and conventional loans has also joined as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Kuehl, based at TCU’s northwest Indianapolis, W. 71st Street branch, is an affiliate member of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors. He serves members in Marion and Johnson Counties and assists with TCU mortgage activities throughout central Indiana.
Another new Mortgage Loan Originator, Kyle Lunford, is based at TCU’s Portage Road branch in South Bend. Lunford, who has worked in the banking industry for over a decade, has expertise in furthering financial literacy and homebuyer readiness. Lunford has served in various leadership roles at other financial institutions including most recently as a Branch Manager in Fort Wayne. He received an MBA from the University of Saint Francis.
