TCU Expands Fort Wayne Lending Services

TCU has increased its lending activities in Fort Wayne and throughout Allen County with the addition of new mortgage loan originators, processors and support personnel.

Teachers Credit Union has expanded its lending services in Fort Wayne and throughout Allen County with the addition of 12 new mortgage loan originators formerly with an area leading mortgage banking company. Longtime mortgage industry leaders Shawn McArdle and Vicki (Reed) Partaker will oversee TCU’s new mortgage office which includes a full team of local processors and back-office support.

“TCU is excited for this opportunity to expand our local presence in northeastern Indiana,” said TCU Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Chad Douglass. “Helping homebuyers is essential to both the credit union’s business and our larger mission of helping to build strong communities. We look forward to working with Shawn and Vicki, drawing on their local experience and quality of service.”

McArdle added, “By bringing our strong mortgage lending team together with TCU, Indiana’s largest credit union, we have a lot to offer to the Fort Wayne community.”

McArdle's professional experience includes formerly serving as the local president of the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, and service on the IMBA's state board of directors. In addition, he has earned the IMBA's prestigious Certified Residential Mortgage Professional (CRMP) designation. Partaker has 25 years of lending experience and has served as vice president of a local mortgage banking company since 2001.
