An automatic entry is received when you enroll your membership in eStatements (electronic delivery of statements) between March 15 and March 31, 2021. Upon enrollment member must continue to receive eStatements for a minimum period of 6 months. If the winning member unenrolls (receive paper statements) before 6 months TCU has the right to deduct the $250 prize winnings from the members membership accounts. Members enrolled in eStatements before March 15, 2021 are not eligible for entry. 

The cash prize is limited to one per member/membership. Business, municipal, organizational and community service memberships are not eligible. Employees of Teachers Credit Union or its subsidiaries and their immediate family members or persons living within the same household are not eligible. Limit one entry per person/membership. Person/Primary Member must be 18 years of age or older to enter. No purchase is necessary. Purchase or signing up for any services will not increase chances of winning.

Automatic Entries: all TCU Members in good standing who meet the promotional requirements during the period beginning March 15, 2021 and ending March 31, 2021 are automatically entered when enrolling in eStatements during the specified eligibility dates. If there are multiple parties listed on a membership/account, entry will be based on the first party (primary) named on the account in question regardless of whether the account is a multiple party account; and regardless of whether the transactions qualifying for this promotion are actually conducted by the first party named on the account.

Manual Entries: by submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Promotion period begins on March 15, 2021 and ending March 31, 2021. This applies to entries actually received by the Credit Union during this period.  An entry to enter this drawing to win this prize is based upon receipt of a written entry on a 3 x 5 piece of paper setting forth the entrant’s name, address, telephone number, and (if applicable) member number and account number. One entry per envelope for entries that are not automatic; no photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted; and the Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdelivered, incomplete, or postage-due entries. TCU will draw 1 winner. One winner per membership/household. The drawing will be made by TCU officials whose decisions are final. The drawings will be held April 5, 2021 at 110 S Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601 at 10:00 a.m. The winners will be notified by phone and or email. The prize will be deposited into the membership account. All winners will be notified by the Credit Union. If any prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner(s) will be chosen. 

Winner Acceptance/Claiming Prize

No substitutions or transfer of prizes is permitted. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state, local or other taxes or other assessments that may be associated with or imposed upon the winner of any prize in this promotion. By accepting or claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation. If the winner is under 18 (if applicable) a parent, guardian, or the joint owner on the account must sign. Winners may be asked to sign and return a Release of Liability and Publicity. By acceptance of a prize, the winner agrees to give consent to publish the winner’s name, address, likeness, and prize information without additional compensation. If a prize notification is not accepted within 10 business days of notification, the winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid.

Release of Claims: All winners, winners within same household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such person’s heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choses in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. Void where prohibited by law.  All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
