1 If you are scheduling your payment to be mailed via USPS, please keep in mind the possibility of mailing delays when scheduling your payment.
2 You may make your loan payment in person, via Online Banking, or by mail at no additional cost. If you request to make the payment via the Online Loan Payment Service, you will be charged the $10.00 per payment expedited fee when using a debit or credit card. Please note: Credit card transactions may also incur a separate "cash advance" fee from the card's issuer. Cash advances typically carry a higher interest rate.
3 The short code 226563 is used by other financial institutions that use our same Text Banking vendor. Please be aware that if you are signed-up for another financial institution's Text Banking with the same short code, you will receive different texts for the different accounts. The account information will come through as separate text messages - individually branded for each financial institution. Standard text messaging rates apply.
4 Loans excluded: Mortgages, Credit Cards, HELOCs, Commercial Loans/Lines, Unsecured Lines of Credit, Loans with balloon payments. Certain restrictions apply. Your skipped payment (including principal and interest) will be added to the end of your original loan term, extending the term by one month for each loan holiday approved. NOTE: If you have set up loan payments to transfer automatically each month from your TCU (or other financial institution's) account, you will need to turn off the automatic payment for the month you intend to skip.
