Business members have account access through both Online Banking and Mobile Banking, which provide secure, 24-hour access to transfer funds, deposit checks and pay bills.
Automated Clearing House (ACH) services from TCU let businesses send or receive payments electronically, including payroll direct deposit and automated money transfers. ACH services also lower processing costs, reduce the risk of fraud and simplify account reconciliation.
Online Banking lets businesses pay bills, view accounts in real-time, transfer funds between accounts, download information to accounting software, and also includes optional ACH and Treasury Management services.
Yes — but you first need TCU Merchant Services hardware and software, which allow businesses to accept and process credit or debit card transactions. TCU partners with FirstData®, a leading payment processing solutions firm, to capture such payments. And behind the scenes, TCU provides support to make sure everything is running smoothly.
Business members can remotely deposit checks using two different methods:
1) Mobile Deposit — Log into Mobile Banking and click “Deposit a Check.” Mobile Deposit allows you to take a front and back snapshot of a check and deposit it to your account.
2) eDeposit - Securely deposit multiple checks from a remote location. With eDeposit, specialized desktop scanners capture the front and back of each check, including the MICR line information and dollar amounts.
