Federal-Sponsored Relief Measures

Paycheck Protection Program: TCU is no longer accepting new applications for PPP loans. Our top priority is to supply you with the information and tools necessary to begin the forgiveness process. Click here for more information regarding Forgiveness.

Economic Injury Disaster Relief Loan Program: The EIDL is also available through the SBA.  This is a direct loan from the SBA to the borrower.  Financial institutions are not intermediaries in this loan program or loan application process.  Applicants must apply directly to the SBA for loans in this program.  Please refer to the SBA's EIDL web page for more information.

Economic Impact Payments

Questions about your Economic Impact stimulus check? The first round of Economic Impact stimulus checks have been deposited in TCU member accounts. If you have questions about your stimulus deposit, please visit irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments.

Help with Common Questions

For assistance on how to take advantage of the products and services mentioned below, please contact TCU Business Services at (574) 344-4294 or by email at BusinesseServices@tcunet.com.

Business members have account access through both Online Banking and Mobile Banking, which provide secure, 24-hour access to transfer funds, deposit checks and pay bills.

Automated Clearing House (ACH) services from TCU let businesses send or receive payments electronically, including payroll direct deposit and automated money transfers. ACH services also lower processing costs, reduce the risk of fraud and simplify account reconciliation.

Online Banking lets businesses pay bills, view accounts in real-time, transfer funds between accounts, download information to accounting software, and also includes optional ACH and Treasury Management services.

Yes — but you first need TCU Merchant Services hardware and software, which allow businesses to accept and process credit or debit card transactions. TCU partners with FirstData®, a leading payment processing solutions firm, to capture such payments. And behind the scenes, TCU provides support to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Business members can remotely deposit checks using two different methods:

1) Mobile Deposit — Log into Mobile Banking and click “Deposit a Check.” Mobile Deposit allows you to take a front and back snapshot of a check and deposit it to your account.

2) eDeposit - Securely deposit multiple checks from a remote location. With eDeposit, specialized desktop scanners capture the front and back of each check, including the MICR line information and dollar amounts.

Open for Business

We’re pleased to announce that most of our TCU branch lobbies are open for regular business with no need to schedule an appointment.* All of us at TCU appreciate your patience and understanding during the past two months as we have tried to do our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19.

While our branch lobbies are open, we continue to ask for your cooperation to help keep you and your fellow members safe during your visit. To that end, we ask that you please practice social distancing and keep at least 6 feet apart from other members while inside the lobby. We also strongly recommend that you wear a mask while inside, and that you please not bring children or additional guests with you to your visit.

In addition, we ask that you please do not visit a branch if:

  • You have any symptoms of a cold, fever, shortness of breath or are feeling unwell
  • You currently live with a family member who has tested positive for COVID-19 and are quarantined in the same house

For our part, we have obtained protective supplies and equipment and will continue to work to keep our branches clean and disinfected to help ensure a safe visit for all our members.

If you still prefer to schedule your appointment, or if you have a need that requires more attention, you can always book an appointment using our online scheduling tool.

In addition to TCU ATMs, members have access to over 700 no-fee ATMs across Indiana and Michigan through the Co-Op ATM network — and access to more than 30,000 reduced-fee ATMs nationwide.
Find the TCU or Co-Op ATM nearest you .

Online Banking and Mobile Banking also provide secure, 24-hour access to your accounts so you can transfer funds, deposit checks and pay bills.
