- A $10 convenience fee will be assessed for new one-time Online Loan Pay payments made by credit card or debit card. The fee will not be assessed for eCheck.
- No new recurring payments can be set up through Online Loan Pay, however, recurring payments are available through ACH without a fee assessed through TCU. Contact your local TCU Representative for additional information.
- Existing recurring payments, whether by credit card, debit card or eCheck will continue to process normally without a fee assessed by TCU. If adjustments for your recurring payments are needed, please contact our Member Call Center at 1.800.552.4745.
Pay your TCU loan with your MasterCard® or Discover credit card. Be sure to have your member number and 3 digit loan number available along with your credit card information.
Pay your loan with a debit card or use your checking account to pay your TCU loan. Be sure to have your member number and 3 digit loan number available along with your debit card/checking account information. If using a debit card it should feature a Visa®, MasterCard®, Star, Pulse or NYCE logo.
