Talent, Time & Treasure: The TCU Commitment
TCU is committed to being involved in the communities we serve by offering our:
Talent – Team Members serve on countless nonprofit boards, offering their expertise in finance and budgeting, management and a range of other skills.
Time – Whether it’s serving as a mentor, a coach or building a home for someone in need, our Team Members give back to make our communities better places to live, work and raise a family.
Treasure – TCU is committed financially to our communities, giving back more than $750,000 last year
Paying it forward, one person at a time
Sometimes a small act of kindness goes a long way. That's why this month we're helping our Team Members to "pay it forward" by giving each of them $20 they will use to make someone's day, or make a small difference for an organization in their community.
The TCU "Pay it Forward" initiative will create more than 600 individual acts of kindness that we believe will be paid forward many times over, as people whose days were made a little brighter do the same for others.
We encourage everyone to pay it forward somehow with a kind word, a smile or a polite gesture like letting someone go ahead of you in line or reaching out to help brighten someone’s day. Join us in this small show of kindness in our community.
