Important Security Information

Security upgrade planned for May 31

We are committed to keeping your account information secure so you can bank online with confidence. That's why we continually update our security measures to the latest industry standard available.

These updates usually happen without affecting our members' online banking experience. However, some older versions of desktop and mobile web browsers - as well as some operating systems that run mobile phones and tablets -  aren't designed to take advantage of the latest security upgrades.

Q. How will I know if my browser or operating system is affected?

A. We will upgrade our security protocols on May 31. If yours is one of the browsers or operating systems affected, you will see a message when you try to log on to your account telling you that stronger security is required.

Q. What can I do to avoid being locked out of my account on May 31?

A. The steps you need to take depend on how you prefer to bank online. Click on one of the statements below for more information.*

I like to use a web browser (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari, etc., ...) on my desktop/laptop/tablet/phone.

I like to use the TCU Mobile App on my tablet/phone.

* Note: If you use both methods to access your account, then you will need to follow each link to make sure your browser AND your mobile device's operating system are up to date.
