Everwise Credit Union is a place where members, employees, and community members feel that they belong. It has been this way since our founding during the Great Depression when a group of teachers joined together to lend to others in need.

Since our founding, much has changed, but we remain committed to each other, our members, and our communities, which call on us to:

• Extend opportunities to people and our communities who have been excluded.
• Prioritize diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, ensuring our members and employees feel they are valued, safe, included, respected, and justly treated regardless of their racial identity, faith, or gender; and
• Be a leader in our commitment to deepen and support marginalized communities by promoting financial inclusion, equity, and economic opportunity.

With an advisory council and a leadership position devoted to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, Everwise Credit Union is committed to a path of rigorous and continuous self-evaluation to make progress in the workplace and in serving members, ensuring that we live our values. As a credit union, we are also deeply involved in the communities we serve, and our leadership in fostering equality of opportunity extends to our financial support for and personal outreach to organizations that share the same goal.
