TCU Launches Strengthen Your Financial Knowledge Contest

Inspired by Financial Literacy Month, this contest was created to promote financial wellness and to help equip people with the financial knowledge and skills needed to improve their financial health. Enter between April 1 and 30 for a chance to win a Fit Bit ($100 value)!

To celebrate Financial Literacy Month and promote financial wellness, TCU is launching the “Strengthen Your Financial Knowledge Contest” on April 1.

To enter, simply complete the “Strengthen Your Financial Knowledge Contest” incentive playlist within TCU’s FREE online Personal Finance Program, powered by Everfi. The playlist includes financial education modules on topics such as creating a budget, building emergency savings, climbing out of debt, establishing and maintaining strong credit and more. The modules aim to help people learn better ways to manage money and improve their financial health.

The contest begins April 1 and ends April 30 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Entrants need to complete the following steps for a chance to win a Fit Bit ($100 value):

  1. Visit the TCU Personal Finance Program and click on the “Strengthen Your Financial Knowledge Contest” incentive playlist. Within the playlist, click the “Start” button next to the first module listed. A login form will pop up asking for first name, last name, email address and organization (if applicable). Complete the login form (login is required for the contest).

  2. Complete all modules within the Strengthen Your Financial Knowledge Contest incentive playlist.

  3. Once the modules have been completed, click on “Enter Now.” A pop-up window will prompt completion of the official contest entry form.  Complete the form with your contact information for entry into the contest.

Entrants must be at least 18 years of age. Maximum of one entry per person. TCU will draw four winners. The prize is limited to one per person. The drawing will be made by TCU officials. Winners will be notified no later than May 3.
