TCU Wins 2022 CUNA Diamond Award for New Member Onboarding Program

TCU recognized for program designed to nurture new members and build their relationship with the credit union.

South Bend, IN – Teachers Credit Union (TCU), is pleased to announce that it has earned a 2022 CUNA Diamond Award in the Membership Marketing category for its New Member 90-Day Onboarding Program. The comprehensive onboarding program was launched in March of 2021 to nurture new members and build their relationship with TCU through timely, informative and relevant communications. As the most prestigious annual credit union industry competition, the CUNA Diamond Awards recognize and reward creative excellence and outstanding results in credit union marketing.

Through the TCU onboarding program, which uses pre-defined logic, new members receive automated, personalized messaging, such as direct mail, email, call campaigns and custom web landing pages to enhance their experience throughout their first 90 days with TCU.
